Call for speakers
Ready to share your story? We work hard to make our conferences diverse and inclusive, and we encourage people from all backgrounds and roles to join us as speakers.
Let’s start a conversation about you joining us at one of our upcoming conferences.
We do things a bit differently
We carefully curate every programme, and that curation continues right up to the event itself. Because of this, we accept speaker proposals on a rolling basis and may adjust sessions as new ideas, topics, and perspectives emerge.
We are not looking for polished lectures or sales pitches. Think working session rather than keynote. Bring something tricky. Share what surprised you. Ask the questions you do not yet have good answers to.
Case studies are welcome, but we are more interested in the messy details than the highlight reel. Tell us what went wrong, what changed direction, and what you would do differently next time.
Participation matters to us. We do not do hit-and-run speakers. If you join us, we expect you to be present, take part in other sessions, and be part of the conversation throughout the event.
Session formats and expectations
Sessions vary in length, from under 10 minutes to 90 minutes. We ask all speakers to stay on time and strongly encourage interactivity, workshop elements, or other formats that make the most of being in the room together.
In return, you can expect
An engaged, experienced audience who will challenge and support your thinking
Honest, constructive feedback before and after your session
A chance to develop your ideas in dialogue, not just present them
A complimentary conference ticket, including access to social events
One final note on travel
We have a very limited budget for travel and accommodation. If you require support with this, please indicate your needs clearly in the submission form.
How to get started
Fill out the short form below. Tell us what you are working on, why it matters, and what you would like to explore with the group. We will get back to you to continue the conversation.
