Adapting to unpredictable market conditions has been on the agenda for 2020 and 2021, but what lies around the corner when it comes to digital leadership and how do we get there?
If you are a senior leader making plans for 2022, our breakfast event will provide the opportunity to hear insights and recommendations from speakers from UMC Utrecht, Kentico Kontent and Reversed Digital as well as network with fellow executives solving (or trying to solve) complex issues.
This event is co-organized by Kentico Kontent.
8.15am: Registration & Coffee
8.45am: Chair’s Welcome
Janus Boye, Managing Director, Boye & Co
8.50: Delivering and maintaining a good experience
Terence Huijgen, Co-founder, Reversed Digital
Big projects require collaboration between design and development, a capable technology stack, and a deliberate balance between content flexibility and constraints.
Through a story of the GASSAN Diamonds implementation, Terence will provide insights on how to deliver a good user experience in big projects and answer questions like:
How can we make sure development really delivers on what is designed and delivers on delight?
How can we increase the perceived speed of our products on the front- and backend?
How can we make sure content writers have enough freedom but can't break the overall UX?
9.20am: Tackling feelings across digital channels
Robbert van der Pas, Tech Lead, UMC Utrecht
The idea is simple: Providing the right, relevant and same information across channels and throughout the customer journey. Still, it is far from easy.
When you then consider that the customer is a patient, you add more anxiety and insecurity. We’ll share how we focused on getting the basics right to support the patients and you’ll hear insights and learnings from the implementation which you can also use in your projects.
9.50am: Do you really have to give up visual content editing when going headless?
Martin Malenovsky, Product Manager, Kentico Kontent
Why is there still a gap between technical and business users? Why is preview seemingly neglected as a part of composing the digital experience and what do you actually need to support the business in achieving the digital goals?
Martin Malenovsky will bring his product leadership lens to share the real needs of business users when it comes to working with content.
10.20am: Chair’s Closing Remarks
10.30am: Coffee & Networking
11am: Goodbyes!
