About Aiste Hoffbeck
Aiste is Program Director, Team Lead and AI Driver at Valtech in Copenhagen. She gives structure and direction to large implementations for complex clients with several interdependent projects, from migrations, redesigns and commerce implementations to data and AI, marketing and brand activation. She also leads a team of eight developers and project managers, and manages a portfolio of nine clients.
Since joining Valtech in 2023, she has specialised in B2B and B2C commerce implementations with Sitecore and Optimizely. In November 2023 she was part of the founding group behind Valtech’s internal AI community, which explores generative AI tools and how they can be applied in client and internal work. Today she is AI Driver for the Nordics, building shareable skills in Claude and Copilot for the delivery discipline. She is also Discipline Lead for project managers and business analysts in Denmark.
Before Valtech, Aiste spent four years at Tryg as Digital Front Runner, working as project manager and product owner in Corporate IT Services, and was earlier IT Project Manager at DTU. She believes advanced IT solutions can make a positive change in society. She is particularly excited about automation: by taking the repetitive, monotonous tasks off people’s plates, it leaves more room for creativity and complex problem-solving.
