About Aleksandra Klasa
Aleksandra leads the internal Design System at Hapag-Lloyd, setting goals and vision for the system and planning roadmaps in collaboration with the Design System Team. Alongside this, she works as a UX/Product Designer within internal product teams focused on enterprise solutions, supporting Product Owners and Project Managers in shaping product vision.
Before joining Hapag-Lloyd, Aleksandra spent over four years at SolDevelo Sp. z o.o., starting as a Junior UX/UI Designer and HR Specialist - a dual role combining HR responsibilities with UX design, including listening directly to users' needs - before moving into a Junior UX/UI Specialist role.
