About Alide von Bornhaupt
Alide works with organisations where complexity is part of the job, from healthcare and finance to the public sector.
She works at the intersection of UX research, accessibility, and participatory product development, both as an independent consultant and through initiatives such as Incluthon and Inclutest.
Her work focuses on helping teams move from abstract requirements and competing constraints to concrete product decisions that work in practice. By combining product thinking with facilitation, she creates clarity across stakeholders while keeping progress moving.
Accessibility and inclusion are a core part of her work, treated as integral to product quality rather than an afterthought.
Alongside her client work, Alide is active in community-building and advocacy. She contributes to Product People and supports the empowerment of FLINTA* professionals in the Digital Women*Community, as well as initiatives advocating for better conditions for self-employed parents, including the “Mutterschutz für alle!” initiative.
