About Anders Kirkedal Nielsen
Anders is a policy- and organisational designer working in the Mayor’s Office in City Hall in Aarhus.
With the experience from primarily public organisations and latest the use of the Aarhus Compass with the local community in creating the LGBT+ policy, Anders has quite a few lessons learned from the collaboration with and in local communities.
