He also facilitates academic dialogue, prioritisation and task allocation across the curator group, the IT development team and other stakeholders.

His experience spans leadership, change management, production and project management, LEAN and agile ways of working, facilitation and coaching.
About the Royal Danish Library
The Royal Danish Library (Det Kgl. Bibliotek) is Denmark’s national library and the largest library in the Nordic countries. Its roots go back to the 17th century, and today it collects, preserves and gives access to Denmark’s printed, digital and cultural heritage. It also serves as a university library, with major sites in Copenhagen, including the Black Diamond on the harbourfront, and in Aarhus.
As part of its national mission, the library runs Netarkivet, which has archived the Danish web since 2005 under Danish legal deposit law. The archive gives researchers access to a record of Danish online life, including websites, news and social media.
