About Antonia Fedder
Antonia in action at the Web Summer Camp 2025
A digital designer and design consultant working at the intersection of sustainability, inclusion, and education. With a mission to make digital spaces more inclusive and sustainable, Antonia supports organisations, NGOs, and companies in shifting toward product inclusion — from accessible UX/UI and inclusive digital practices to the implications of the European Accessibility Act.
She is passionate about co-design and participatory practices, with a strong belief in collaboration and continuous knowledge exchange. Her approach is guided by the idea that design should recognize the diversity of human identities and make it sustainably accessible to all.
Rooted in her background in sustainable brand and web design she regularly speaks on topics such as product inclusion, social design, and sustainability in design, and has previously worked with the Sustainable Design Department at the Designschool Kolding.
Based in Hamburg and working globally, Antonia brings a collaborative spirit to every project — with a strong sense of curiosity, empathy, and a bit of humour along the way.
