About Bolette Kern

Bolette is a Product Manager at Umbraco, focused on turning real customer needs into features that feel effortless to use and genuinely enjoyable for the people who rely on the platform, from developers and editors to partners and customers.

With a strong foundation in UX, product analytics, and retention, she works at the intersection of customer success and business outcomes. She is known for building clear, collaborative ways of working across teams, translating strategic goals into practical plans, and guiding features through the full product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritisation to delivery and measurable impact.

At Umbraco, Bolette helps shape product strategy and vision while supporting the day-to-day work of the CMS teams. She is a natural connector, champion, and problem-solver who brings clarity to complex initiatives and keeps momentum high through thoughtful stakeholder management and strong communication.

Outside of product work, she is a keen learner (anything involving product, CMS, or emerging trends tends to grab her attention) and a committed speaker, with experience including running a podcast series.

Bolette loves connecting with others to swap ideas on product, strategy, and building digital experiences that deliver long-term value.
