About Constanze Bohlmann
Constanze is a User Researcher at Fielmann Group, where she brings user needs and perspectives into product development across Fielmann’s digital customer experience. She plans and runs end-to-end research, from user interviews and usability tests to concept evaluations and quantitative studies, and turns findings into recommendations that shape product and design decisions.
With a background in psychology, she is curious about how people think, what they need and what motivates them. She started her career in psychological assessment and agency-side research at quantilope, before moving in-house as UX Researcher at XING. For her, good research goes beyond what people do to understand why they do it. It is about making sure products feel intuitive, accessible and human-centred, built on real insight rather than assumptions.
