About Ema Filipova
Ema designs scalable digital products across UX, UI, and design systems, with a focus on clarity, collaboration, and shipping real product value. She's currently designing AI-powered experiences for enterprise editorial products at Stibo DX, focusing on agentic workflows and human-AI collaboration for modern newsrooms.
Before moving into her current full-time role, Ema worked part-time as a UX Designer at Stibo DX on complex B2B SaaS editorial products, collaborating closely with developers and product teams to improve usability, consistency, and workflow clarity. She started at the company as a UX Designer intern, building her foundation in Figma-based design systems and SaaS product work.
