About Frederik Dockir Guldbrandsen
Frederik connects technology, business and people to drive digital transformation that creates measurable business value. He has been at Andel since 2023, first as Head of Intelligent Automation and now as Automation & AI Specialist.
Before Andel, he was an RPA Business Analyst at Danica Pension. Earlier, as Application & Process Specialist at Nomeco, he developed applications and systems for the business and led a large project to identify processes that could be automated. With a background in business development, automation and AI, his strengths include strategic thinking, stakeholder management, process optimisation and organisational development. He studied at Copenhagen Business School.
His experience spans both specialist and leadership roles. He thrives in cross-functional environments where collaboration, clear direction and new thinking turn complex challenges into tangible results. In his view, sustainable transformation doesn’t come from technology alone. It comes from bringing people, strategy and business goals together.
