She is an energetic change leader and passionate about engaging with different stakeholders and implementing new solutions and ways of working in complex organizations.
Throughout her career, Hanna has led digital transformation initiatives spanning marketing, R&D, and digital workplace strategy, most recently stepping into a business unit leadership role focused on digital inclusion across the Nordics. Colleagues describe her as a strategic thinker with a rare combination of technical fluency and people-first leadership — someone who builds trust across IT and communications functions and pushes teams toward smarter, more collaborative ways of working. She's known for giving her teams autonomy and freedom of action, while staying closely engaged in the outcomes that matter.
Across her career, Hanna has built a reputation as someone who can translate large-scale digital transformation into something people actually adopt — pairing strategic vision with the practical, stakeholder-level work of making change stick.
About Nexer Digital
Nexer Digital is a Nordic digital transformation company helping organizations modernize how they work through technology, design, and change management. Part of the wider Nexer Group, the company works across the Nordics and UK, partnering with businesses to navigate complex organizational change while keeping people at the center of that transformation.
Hanna leads Nexer Digital's Digital Inclusion Nordics unit, where she focuses on making digital workplaces more accessible, human-centered, and genuinely usable for everyone within an organization — not just the most tech-savvy employees. Her work bridges technology, communications, and change management, ensuring that digital tools actually get adopted rather than just deployed.
