About Heather Hornor

Heather Hornor is COO of Form.io, where she leads operations, product strategy, and partner development for the forms and APIs platform powering enterprise applications. In five years at Form.io, she's grown from Project Manager to COO by consistently stepping into the gaps where she could help the company scale.

Heather works across teams to align vision with execution, from shaping product roadmaps to scaling internal systems and building strategic partnerships. She's especially drawn to the complex problems that live between business, product, and engineering — whether that's mapping out go-to-market strategy, helping developers succeed on the platform, or building the right team to take an idea from 0 to 1.

Her focus areas span operational strategy, developer platforms, product leadership, GTM, SaaS infrastructure, partnerships, and team building — all grounded in a deep belief in building for and with the people who actually use the tools.

About Form.io

Form.io is a self-hosted developer productivity platform that lets enterprise teams build forms, APIs, and agentic workflows on a single JSON-driven foundation. Rather than treating forms as a simple front-end task, Form.io turns each form definition into the data model, validation layer, and API for the entire application — giving developers, business teams, and AI agents a shared source of truth instead of five disconnected tools and data schemas.

The platform is trusted by organizations including Accenture, Deloitte, PepsiCo, ICANN, and the State of Ohio, and is built for the AI era specifically: it offers an MCP server, agentic coding plugins, and governance tooling so AI-assisted development stays inside a company's own security boundary rather than improvising data architecture prompt by prompt. Beyond core form-building, Form.io includes PDF management, embeddable reporting, zero-trust e-signatures, multi-tenant architecture, and full audit-trail compliance — all self-hosted and open-source at its core.
