About Ieva Glasius-Nyborg
Ieva is Head of Design at Colliers Denmark, where she shapes the company’s visual identity and creative direction. She leads a cross-disciplinary in-house team of four designers who deliver property marketing and brand work for the business, including rebranding, campaigns and brand platforms. She also oversees design operations, keeping the brand consistent across every touchpoint.
She describes herself as a hands-on design leader who combines project management skills, a business mindset and creativity. Her leadership is structured and measurable, tracking delivery and client satisfaction, and she invests in her team through ownership, recognition and growth. She is also an AI enthusiast and investor.
Ieva joined Colliers in 2018 through its acquisition of Sadolin & Albæk, where she had led the redesign of the company’s corporate visual identity. She became Lead Designer soon after, and her team won Colliers’ internal marketing award that same year. She has been Head of Design since 2021. Earlier in her career she was a concept developer at Hill+Knowlton Strategies and an art director and design manager at COWI.
