About Johanna Vikell
Johanna is Product Researcher & Coach at Milestone Systems, a role she has held since June 2025. Her work spans UX research and product discovery, combining user research, strategy and problem-solving. She describes herself as an inquisitive mind who enjoys turning chaos into order, and she is fascinated by human behaviour and the "why" behind it.
Before Milestone, she was Senior UX Researcher at Workday Peakon Employee Voice. There she led research for two product teams and worked closely with product managers, designers and engineering managers on user-centred product decisions.
Johanna spent the previous five years at Pleo, starting in marketing for the Swedish market before moving into UX strategy and research. As UX Researcher she designed and led projects across 15 markets, using qualitative and quantitative methods to gather insights that informed the product roadmap.
