About karen McGrane
Karen is a digital strategy and user experience leader with more than 25 years of experience shaping the modern web. She currently leads Customer Insights & Adoption at Contentful, where she turns research and data into actionable insights and practical enablement tools for teams, customers, and partners.
Previously, she was a partner at Autogram, advising organizations on content platforms, design systems, and governance at scale, and Managing Partner at Bond Art + Science. Earlier in her career, she helped build the UX practice at Razorfish, eventually serving as VP and National Lead for UX.
Karen is also the author of Going Responsive and Content Strategy for Mobile, and spent fourteen years on the faculty of the MFA Interaction Design program at School of Visual Arts in New York.
