About Kia Aulie
Educated as a Kaospilot and passionately interested in understanding people and their needs, Kia creates experiences, products, and services that delight users and benefit businesses and the planet. She has led and participated in numerous innovation and development projects in various contexts and industries. Kia guides interdisciplinary teams through innovation processes based on insights, strategy, and experimentation, enabling adaptation to an ever-changing landscape.
