Kira is the bridge between creative teams and technical execution, leading content strategy, SEO, and workflow optimisation with a deep understanding of Nordic markets. She's led teams through large-scale content migrations, CMS improvements, and content governance initiatives, working to ensure content is structured, prioritised, and aligned with business goals.
She believes that fixing the basics is key, and that quality content isn't just about words — it's about structure, visibility, and performance. As a manager, she builds high-performing, flexible environments by trusting her team, positioning them where they naturally excel, and removing unnecessary bureaucratic friction so they can focus on execution.
Kira currently leads content operations at Strawberry, having previously worked as a content project manager there and held content marketing roles at Coop, alongside freelance consulting on content strategy and SEO for small and major companies.
