As VP, Lasse leads a high-skilled team to deliver strategic direction and quality in automation solutions for eleven departments, ensuring alignment with business goals in an agile environment.

Lasse currently sits in the area management group for Transaction Banking at AL Sydbank, where he helps set direction on joint strategic work and drives digital progress in operational optimisation and digitalisation. His approach centres on working as efficiently as possible and building the right solutions with the right technology — whether that means software, RPA, BPM, or AI, including machine learning and GPTs, individually or in combination. Above all, Lasse strives to ensure his team has the right conditions for success, with access to the resources needed to reach their goals.
