Maddy Vida is an Omnichannel Engagement Manager at Novartis Canada, where she leads the strategy behind digital initiatives that connect Canadian healthcare professionals with content that truly resonates. With a background in industrial-organizational psychology and a career built across brand strategy, user experience, and change leadership, Maddy brings a sharp eye for what makes content engaging, and what drives a shift in behavior.
Her experience spans roles in brand management, web operations, and omnichannel strategy, giving her a holistic view of the customer journey. She’s led efforts to streamline content distribution across national field teams, optimize performance by turning data into meaningful & actionable insights, and improve the user experience of digital platforms. In all her work, she focuses on clarity & connection, driving engagement by asking: “What can I do for YOU?”.
At Novartis, Maddy also serves as Co-Chair of the Canadian employee resource group, where she champions workplace culture and inclusive engagement.
