About Marcel Scheland
Marcel is Managing Director of Monday Consulting, a Hamburg-based digital consultancy he has led since 2009. Under his leadership the company has grown into a specialist partner for enterprise CMS and digital experience projects. It works with clients in insurance, banking, energy, utilities and the public sector.
Since 2022 he has also been Managing Director of Formcentric, which builds secure, GDPR-compliant online forms for CMS-based websites. Before founding Monday Consulting, he spent more than three years as a consultant at INFO AG in Hamburg.
As Managing Director, Marcel guides Monday Consulting’s strategy and its partnerships with CMS vendors. Most recently the company became a Solution Partner of Optimizely in 2025, alongside its long-standing work with CoreMedia and FirstSpirit. Leading both a consultancy and a product company gives him a view of digital projects from two sides: delivering complex platforms for clients, and building software that runs on them.
