About Martin Bo Hermansen
Martin is a communicator and marketeer turned IT pro. He works where knowledge management, internal communications and the low/no-code side of IT meet. At TV 2 he connects business ideas with practical solutions in SharePoint Online, Copilot and the rest of Microsoft 365, and advises team leaders and management on using the technology to communicate better.
He joined TV 2 in 2022 as a project manager in the Corporate Collaboration Tools team. There he ran digital workplace projects, advised on SharePoint and the Power Platform, and kept the broadcaster's roughly 1,400 employees informed about what the team offers. Since 2024 he has been a Configuration Specialist, based in Odense.
Before TV 2, Martin spent more than ten years at SamAqua, latterly as a knowledge sharing consultant. He got his grounding there in intranet, document management, search and findability, and later in change management and governance. He is still a bit frightened by the powers behind his Global Admin privileges in Microsoft 365.
About TV 2 Danmark
TV 2 Danmark is the company behind Denmark's most-watched television channel, TV 2, and the country's most-watched channel family. The main channel first aired on October 1, 1988, and within three years it had become the largest in Denmark. Its programming spans news, current affairs, documentaries, sport, entertainment, Danish fiction and children's television. No other Danish channel broadcasts more hours of Danish-produced content or news.
Alongside the main channel, the company runs a family of news, sport and entertainment channels and the streaming service TV 2 Play. TV 2 Danmark is owned by the Danish state, but the public service channel operates on a commercial basis and has been partly funded by subscription since 2012. The company has offices in Odense and Copenhagen.
