Martin has a strong practical understanding of - and passion for - building software solutions. He values the mindset of the Agile manifesto to help guide teams towards their potential. Ideally Martin works with Scrum or KanBan to encourage growth and personal responsibility, but he also appreciate the virtues of management frameworks such as Prince2 and PMI. In Martin’s opinion, building great software is the proces of filtering ideas, requirements and usage patterns from stakeholders through the minds of programmers, UX folk and other solution designers, and he loves being part of that process from conceptual ideas and strategic goals to producing and managing code.
