Constant progress towards this goal is achieved through strong relationships with technical and business partners, clear focus on building positive content management experiences, and delight in tackling challenging data management questions. What started more than a dozen years ago as an opportunity to help IBM Business Partners use online communication tools to better work together has evolved into a passion for assembling the content puzzle through management of and advocation for: data platforms, web services, translation protocols & workflows, and personalization.
