About Morten Elvang

Morten helps organisations make strategy work, particularly when direction, execution and reality no longer quite add up. Since 2024 he has run Thinking Twice Works, where he develops and applies his work on strategy, leadership, governance and organisational design, in a world of growing complexity with AI as a new foundation.

Before that, he spent five years as Associate Director at Accenture, working with senior leaders on strategy execution, organisational design, portfolio management, transformation and new ways of working. He previously led the development of LB Forsikring’s company-wide delivery model and worked alongside the leadership team of Nordea’s Core Banking Programme, at the time one of the largest business and technology transformations in the Nordics.

Morten holds an MSc and a PhD in Computer Science from the Technical University of Denmark. He believes everyone deserves the freedom to perform and the opportunity to contribute, and has helped product and service development teams of all sizes get better results with less hassle.
