About Paola Roccuzzo
Paola is an experience professional with over 2 decades worth of work in digital and product development. She makes sure organisations can create, maintain and update quality content that’s user-centred, ensuring consistency across different channels and efficiency in its entire lifecycle.
Paola’s experiences range from the VC-funded Silicon Valley start-up to the complexities of digital government. Her specialism is content architecture and UX writing, but with a mix of in-house, agency and consulting gigs in her background she brings a fully rounded knowledge of all aspects of content, including infrastructure and org design. Paola is also competent in the full experience spectrum, from user research to service and interaction design.
