About Sheila Maria Handberg
Sheila is known for challenging habitual thinking and creating space for new ideas within her organisation, pushing back against unnecessary process and organisational noise wherever it gets in the way of progress.
She works with AI, Copilot, modern work, and digital workflows designed to hold up in practice rather than remain theoretical. She leads teams that build solutions that are tested against real constraints and genuinely work in day-to-day operations. Her approach favours fast experimentation over slow committee processes, puts people at the centre of technology decisions, and treats organisational change as something that shouldn't be dull or disengaging.
Sheila currently serves as Chief Product Owner at Energinet, having previously held the roles of Product Owner and Senior Data Manager there. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Process Specialist at Bunker Holding A/S, and spent a decade at DSV in Global Transport and Logistics, including as Service Transition Manager.
