About Stefan Overby Stamm
Stefan co-founded Prduct in 2023 because he saw that global supply chains lacked a digital backbone. Today companies often drown in spreadsheets to meet new requirements such as the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) and Digital Product Passports (DPP), treating compliance as a panic-driven one-off. Prduct takes a different approach: data is entered once, verified and shared across the whole network of brands and suppliers. That cuts supplier onboarding from months to around 30 minutes. Stefan’s mission is to turn compliance from a manual burden into a collaborative advantage, and to make it the most seamless part of global trade.
Before Prduct, he spent years advising startups on strategy and go-to-market. He is still deeply involved in the Danish innovation ecosystem as a member of Innovation Fund Denmark’s professional committee, chair of the board at Manigrip, and an angel and syndicate investor. He also sits on VIA University College’s committee on education in software engineering.
About Prduct
Prduct is a supply chain management and compliance platform based in Aarhus, Denmark. It brings supplier data, product data and compliance requirements together in one place, so companies can see their risks and document them when auditors or regulators ask. The platform covers regulations including EUDR, Digital Product Passports, CSRD, CSDDD and packaging rules.
Suppliers submit and verify their own data, which is collected once and reused across requirements, and a live risk map gives an overview of the whole value chain. Prduct works mainly with mid-market companies in Europe, including Søstrene Grene, BoConcept, Bolia and Rema 1000, and is expanding from Denmark into Italy and Scandinavia.
