He is a certified AEM architect, DevOps engineer and subject matter expert, with more than 16 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager and its predecessor, CQ. Today his focus is on implementing flexible new solutions in content management with Edge Delivery Services, Experience Workspace (Document Authoring) and other cloud tooling.

His career spans three decades. It started at an internet service provider in 1996 and went on to include long stints in system administration, visual and UX design, product leadership, and many different content management systems and platforms. Before Arbory Digital, he was an AEM Architect at ICF Next and an AEM Ops Engineer at Rackspace, and he has run his own AEM architecture and DevOps consultancy, Opsinventor, since 2018.

Tad is an experienced public speaker, user group leader, podcaster and presenter. He leads the AEM Global Developer Collective user group, hosts the Arbory Digital Experiences podcast, and loves bringing the right people together to create great things.
