Helen is a business growth and strategy consultant to universities and business schools, currently working with the University of Oxford in advanced leadership and management development. Her client list spans many of the UK's leading institutions, including Bayes Business School, Cambridge Judge Business School, Cardiff Business School, Henley Business School, King's College Business School, the London School of Economics, Saïd Business School, UCL School of Management, University of Exeter Business School, and Warwick Business School, among others.

In August 2026, Helen and Leyla Gilbey's firm, Capstone Consultants, joined forces with GAIN, the creative-led, insight-driven company, to form a powerhouse practice for universities and business schools seeking to drive growth.
