About Svenja Wiegemann
Svenja moves comfortably between creativity and public service. Before stepping into her role at the City of Hamburg, she spent a decade in leading creative agencies, where she shaped digital experiences, guided clients through complex projects and built a reputation for strategic clarity and collaborative energy.
Her year at Copenhagen Business School added an international lens and a strong grounding in business and innovation. Today, Svenja brings all of this to her work in government, applying agency-honed skills to improve digital services for citizens. Curious, practical and people centred, she is always exploring how design and technology can make everyday life work better.
