Product operations is often spoken about in frameworks and principles. The real challenge is making it tangible. How do company goals actually shape what teams work on next week? How does strategy show up in your backlog?
In this member call, Copenhagen-based product leader Andrius Knispelis will walk us through how he connects high-level company goals to day-to-day product work. The session is grounded in practice, using Linear as the tool that makes strategy visible and actionable.
Andrius Knispelis is a Copenhagen-based product leeader
You’ll see how goals are structured, how they cascade into product initiatives, and how work is organised so that teams can trace what they are doing back to company priorities. We will also explore what has worked well, what has required adjustment, and what to watch out for when implementing product operations in reality.
If you are working with product leadership, product operations, delivery or strategy, and are looking for clearer alignment between intent and execution, this session will give you a concrete example to reflect on in your own context.
As usual, this session is designed as a conversation rather than a presentation. There will be plenty of space for questions, shared experiences, and discussion of real-world challenges from the group.
Sign up below and we’ll send you the calendar invite within 24 hours. If you can’t make it, we will record the session so that you can enjoy it later. Everyone who has signed up will get notified when the recording and summary is published.
Finally, feel free to share this call invitation with a colleague or friend who’d enjoy it too.
