Four new colleagues since early June.
Emma Elaine Brown, Katrine Villadsen, Rostislava Kenebas and Peter Dahlstrøm Andersen have all joined Boye & Company over the past few months.
Yesterday, we spent our team day co-working around Aarhus. We visited Banken and Porter’s, the city’s new jazz venue, where we spent time with Jens Hofman Hansen and the Aarhus UX community. We also fitted in a walk across the new High Line bridge and a team dinner with past Aarhus conference speaker and ethical design expert Martin Michael Frederiksen.
Peter and I have known each other for around 15 years, while Emma, Katrine and Slava are all students. It is great to have the much-needed help and new perspectives. Working with an experienced friend like Peter is something special, and I am absolutely delighted to have Aarhus students on the team again.
Growing the team is a big step for our small company. After more than two decades, I am proud and slightly amazed to find ourselves at another beginning.

Four new names on a website do not make a team. Building trust and finding a rhythm takes time, but spending two days working, walking and talking together made it all a little more real.
