About Chris Weier
Chris Weier is an entrepreneur, strategic designer and innovation facilitator with more than two decades of experience helping organisations navigate complexity, unlock creative potential and drive meaningful change. Based in Copenhagen, she works at the intersection of design, leadership and innovation to equip teams and leaders with the mindsets and methods needed to thrive in an ever-changing world.
With roots in Germany and a deep connection to the Nordic innovation ecosystem, Chris founded Nordic Connective in 2017 as a bridge between visionary regions and organisations that aspire to think and act differently. At Nordic Connective she designs and leads immersive learning expeditions, co-creation workshops, and strategic interventions that help clients break old patterns, expand perspectives and solve complex challenges with clarity and confidence.
Known for her optimism, empathy and ability to bring diverse people together, Chris thrives in environments of uncertainty and creativity. Her approach is rooted in design-driven methods, human-centred facilitation and a belief that real transformation happens through deep collaboration and experiential learning.
She has also been featured as a voice on innovation, leadership and future skills in podcasts and public talks, and regularly shares insights from her work on design thinking, systemic change and organisational culture.
