If you change the domain model it will ripple through. The domain model should be the most stable
Nobody reads the content strategy documents. She prefers to go along and document the decisions along the way
Content Operations is getting the people, processes and technology aligned. Makes you more efficient in production and effective in delivery
Content model accounts for 80-90% of your content. You also need to deal with the remaining content
