About Florian Keitgen
Florian is Head of Product Development and works at the intersection of product strategy, CMS technology and the day-to-day needs of content teams. Coming from account management and consulting, he brings a strong client perspective into product decisions and focuses on solving recurring pains instead of building one-off features.
He is actively involved in the further development of open source CMS TYPO3 and is a strong believer in open source: shared innovation, transparent roadmaps and community-driven ecosystems.
In articles and talks, Florian shares insights from the CMS world, covering topics like content governance, open source ecosystems and what digital teams really need from their tools.
