About Nina Dyrberg
Nina Dyrberg is a behavioural leadership consultant, speaker, and founder of BeWaviour, with a background in Cognitive Science and more than seven years of experience across behavioural design, experience design, and user research. Previously a Senior Experience Designer at the LEGO Group, she combines behavioural and cognitive science with practical leadership experience to help organisations turn strategy into meaningful action.
Her work focuses on understanding what drives human behaviour — from motivation and decision-making to habits, resistance, and cognitive biases. Through leadership consulting, talks, workshops, and behavioural analysis, Nina helps leaders understand the human dynamics behind organisational challenges and translate complex strategies into concrete everyday behaviours.
