About Janus Boye
The know-how you need is often only a conversation away. Since 1998, Janus has brought business leaders and innovators together to connect, learn, grow and share.
When organisations including Alfa Laval, Nordea, Red Bull, the United Nations and the World Health Organization have needed an experienced outside perspective on digital strategy and organisational challenges, they have turned to Janus.
His approach is friendly and down to earth. He helps leaders learn from past mistakes, ask better questions and create stronger results, drawing on decades of experience and an extensive international network.
In early 2024, London-based agency MMT called him a "networking innovator" - a label that captures how he's spent his career turning connections into communities.
At Boye & Company, which he's led since 2003, he designs and delivers peer groups and conferences that bring similarly motivated leaders together from different organisations, giving them a professionally managed and coordinated network of colleagues who deal with similar projects and challenges.
Janus enjoys occasional speaking engagements and has spoken at conferences across Asia, Europe, and America, including a keynote in Amsterdam on the rise of employee experience, led sessions at the Web Summer Camp in Croatia and gave two presentations at CloudFest 2026.
Privately, Janus lives in Aarhus with his children, girlfriend and their cat.
About Boye & Company
Boye & Company designs and delivers peer groups and conferences that bring together similarly motivated digital leaders from different organisations, giving them a professionally managed, coordinated network of colleagues facing similar projects and challenges. Rather than one-off events, the focus is on building lasting peer relationships between people doing comparable work.
Members benefit from direct access to a specialised international network of like-minded digital professionals — people who can offer the right answer, angle, or contact needed to help make a project successful. Boye & Company also encourages and supports informal contacts and consultations between members, extending the value of its conferences and peer groups well beyond the events themselves.
